    NOTE: FOOD VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THEIR FOOD LICENSE WITH THE APPLICATION.

  33. BOOTH RESERVATION

  35. FEE:  $25 per 10'x10' booth space or 
              2 spots for $40

    Note:  Trailers count as (2) booths.

    • Tables and chairs are NOT provided.
    • Site assignments first-come, first-served basis.
    • No duplicate commercial vendors.
    • Booth size is 10'x10'

    Pay Online: You will be directed to a link to pay online after submitting this form. 



  41. Vendor signature verifies that all the information above is complete and correct. The vendor understands that this vendor show is a MCFA sponsored event, meaning it is family friendly and suitable for youth consumers. The vendor understands there are no refunds for this event after July 23rd, 2021. Muskegon County Fair Association will not be responsible for lost, broken, stolen, or damaged products.
